We are looking for someone with a strong interest in the operation and maintenance of rental properties and who wants to work together with other colleagues in Rental Properties to maintain our high results in customer satisfaction index!

As a temporary Property Manager, you will primarily be responsible for properties in and around Alingsås. You will also be responsible for properties in Lunden and are therefore expected to work about one day a week in Gothenburg. As a Property Manager, you have overall responsibility for daily maintenance as well as contact with tenants. You will work with classic property management tasks but with extended responsibilities. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you will take on the responsibility of planning and structuring your work to best manage the properties you are responsible for. The position is a temporary position starting immediately until February 28, 2026.

Job Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

• handling maintenance requests and providing feedback to tenants
• performing systematic rounds and inspections including handling measures to maintain fire safety etc.
• conducting inspections upon tenant move-out
• planning and executing minor repairs and ongoing maintenance
• ordering and following up on property supplies and minor contracting work
• following up on the calendar
• conducting apartment viewings for rentals as needed

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Driver's license B
• property management education at the high school level or equivalent experience
• at least one year of professional experience in the property industry or as a repairman/installer
• experience in repairs in apartments and apartment inspections
• experience in HVAC, electrical work, and control systems is an advantage

Some parts of your work will be done digitally, so you need to be accustomed to working with both computers and phones as tools in your daily life. It is also important that you can express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.

The position is a permanent employment, full-time, with start date according to agreement.
